Please send me your comments and pictures regarding your experince flying out of ORH or on Direct Air utiliizing brand new planes from Virgin America . To date I have only received good comments other then the call center, which seems to be experiencing very very long waits. Either 1) go on-line or 2) go to the Direct Air service desk at the airport, which is staffed Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
November 22, 2008Three flights per week to Orland (Sanford) has begun departing Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 10:30AM. There are returning flights the same day with a departure time of 2:00PM from Sanford.
In addition three flights per week to Punta Gorda (Fort Myers) has also begun departing on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 5:15PM. There are returing flights the same day with a departure time of 7:00AM from Punta Gorda.

The addition of Direct Air, the first commercial since Allegiant left in September of 2006, is quite welcome but hopefully the first of many new annoucements to follow.
